And also what I already have, so I don’t buy more!
For T-day, and stock:
Celery – 2 bunches
Onions (Have)
Apples (if the girls have eaten them all, which is very likely to happen)
Oranges
Cranberries (Unless Palma is seriously going to show up and bring cranberry sauce, which would be totally awesome!)
Orange Juice
Apple Cider?
Bread (I think at least 4 loaves)
Poultry Seasoning (check how much I have)
Butter (Have)
Green Beans (Have)
Ham (For in the green beans)
Flowers (For table decorations)
Napkins
Aluminum roasting pans (1 or 2 for turkeys, 2 for stuffing)
For day-after breakfast:
Sausage (Have)
Eggs (Have)
Crescent rolls
Shredded cheese (Have)
Coffee (Have, but check that we have enough)
Orange Juice (in prior list)
Also need to plan something for day-after-day-after breakfast. Maybe just bacon & eggs & toast for simplicity. Will need bacon. Have eggs & bread.
I’m sure I’m forgetting something.

I sure wish I was truly showing up. I am making the cranberry sauce though…and sweet potatos too.
What recipe do you use for your sauce? I am thinking I might make a cranberry jam this year (and maybe can it). Only a few of us like any cranberry with our dinner, so it’s never a big deal. It’s good mixed with butter and spread on rolls though…yum.
BTW…I am glad it is November and you have to post everyday! I am a dork I know! :)
I hate when I have to post a crap post just to have one for the day, but oh well. It is what it is! I’ll try to keep it up in December, but it won’t be every day!
My mom and I are pretty much the only ones who eat the cranberry sauce so I dont make much. Mine is just sugar, water, cranberries and orange peel. You just boil, add cranberries and continue boiling until they burst. Then refrigerate until it jells. Oh so easy but yummy. I like it on a turkey sandwich with mayo later on! I will have to try the roll with butter. Thats sounds yummy too!
