Spring bulbs

It’s been warm here the past few days, and that has prompted my bulbs to start sprouting!

The real fun will be when they start blooming. I planted 3 different colors of Tulips (pink, dark purple, and white). And I have no idea where I planted each color! So it’ll be a mystery. I think I mixed them up some, but I really do not remember how other than in bunches of 3. That photo shows one white and one pink or purple one though. I also can’t remember if I had one or two different types of daffodils. More surprises! I think the crocuses came already mixed, and we just randomly planted them around the tree.

I also signed up on Folia (username XUMusketeer) to track my flowers and eventually my vegetable garden. Are you on Folia? If so, leave your username in the comments so we can link up!

Exciting. We already have daffodils blooming here, but now it is cold again! Good thing they are resilient!

for some reason comments weren’t open onthe last post. cuz i got a doozie for ya! tuesday i bought $63 worth of groceries for $27. between sales, coupons, and a $10 gift card i got for filling out an ADHD survey about sean, i got away like a bandit! (and i did that all last week! ithink i bought $200 worth of groceries for about $100!)

as for your tulips, i can’t wait to see them. the classic red tulips always make me think of my grandma. she always had whole banks of them growing around her house
