It was really windy last night, and these guys were starting to weigh down the plants. Plus we wanted to eat some for dinner, so it was the perfect time to do a pepper harvest!

I’m pretty happy with how big they’ve gotten. The little one I picked early because it had a bad spot (easily cut off, and the rest is good). The plants have lots of flowers on them, and a bunch of baby peppers.

Hopefully they keep growing as well as they have been!
One of these will be diced up with onions and potatoes, and be grilled in foil with pork chops tonight. YUM!

Yum! That sounds delicious and the peppers look great! I’ve been grilling peppers, onions and squash on the grill after marinating them in a balsamic vinagrette – very tasty!
