With your busy week, I hope this is an enjoyable, relaxing holiday with not too much stress. (I always stress out during kitchen clean-up, given that the meal that I prepared for the previous two days only lasts about 6 minutes. Sheesh.) My bread is dried, crumbed, and in the freezer awaiting stuffing-making this afternoon. Pie crusts are made and in the freezer, as is the apple filling for two of them.
