Natalie’s Bio: Techie by day, knitter by night, mom always.

Techie: I work full-time as a “Data Acquisition Specialist.” It’s difficult to describe what I do. I work with imports and exports of data, writing filters (using RegEx and XSLT), and SQL databases.

Knitter: My primary hobby. I began knitting in 2003, and haven’t stopped since. Lately other hobbies have been consuming more of my crafting time (gardening!), as well as the kids.

Mom: I have 2 daughters, Emily and Samantha. They were born in 2003 and 2006.

keeping me in stitches… started out as my knitting blog in 2003. Over time, my interests and hobbies have evolved. So the blog has too. I wrote a post about this awhile back.

So now it’s a mish-mosh of crafting, cooking, gardening, home life, and the kids.

It’s well-rounded! (Remember when they kept telling you that you needed to be well-rounded in high school?)
